Keto Hamburger Buns

Hamburger buns come in 4 per package. They are bready and hold together beautifully to give you every sense of normalcy you could hope for (when eating), we can’t really promise more than that. Don't forget to check out the fiber content, it's 21 grams, almost all of your daily requirement!

Gluten free · Sugar free · Low carb · Grain free

2 grams NET CARBS! (see nutrition label below)

NET CARBS = TOTAL CARBS – SUGAR ALCOHOL – FIBER

Net Carbs are what will impact blood sugars, not total carbs. This is important to know if you’re tracking macros in order to stay in ketosis or if you’re diabetic and want to keep blood sugars normal and avoid spikes. We use healthy sugar-alternatives that DO NOT increase blood sugar.

Storage: these can stay on the counter a few days in an air tight container, you can keep them in the fridge for 1 week, or freeze
