- Please NOTE: plan to bring your package in when it arrives since our items are perishable and need to be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival!
- Shipping rates: vary depending how far from MI you are. We know it's pricey however it includes an insulated box, adequate foam cold packing, and expedited shipping
Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the condition of your products upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of the packaging and products. We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right.
